One package includes 3 baths:
3 - 6oz packages of therapeutic mineral sea salts
6- 1oz healing herbal bath pouches
1- 2oz herbal bath oil
1 -2oz therapeutic massage oil
1- 2oz rejuvenating body mist
1 box - muscle recovery herbal tea bags (6)
1- basket.

Directions:
(1) Prepare a herbal decoction at least 1 hour before taking a bath:  Heat two herbal pouches and cold water in a saucepan, bringing it to a boil, and then let it simmer for about 20 to 40 min. Let cool-off. Gently squeeze all the liquid from the herbal pouches into the saucepan with herbal decoction.
After you have drawn your bathwater:
(2) Add all the herbal decoction into the bath water.
(3) Add 1- 6oz package of the salts to bath water. Mix well to ensure that the salt has dispersed well in the tub before entering. To keep the essential oils from evaporating too quickly, you can add the bath salts just before getting in the tub.
(4) Add about 1/3 of the 2oz bottle of the bath oil blend to your bath water. Do not use all 2 ounces of bath oil in one bath. Mix well to ensure that the blend has dispersed well in the tub. It's best to add the bath oil just before getting in the tub instead of while the water is running so that the oils don't evaporate before you get into the tub.
(5) Get in the bath tub. Soak for 20-30 min.
Warning:  If you intend to use this bath oil with children, ensure that the essential oils that you have selected are safe for administration to children and use a smaller amount of the blend in the child's bathwater.
