Everclear

Everclear is a brand of neutral grain spirit that is available at concentrations of 75.5% alcohol (151 proof) and 95% alcohol (190 proof),  in contrast to hard liquors such as rum and vodka, which typically contain 40%–60% alcohol (80–120 proof).

Because Everclear is a neutral grain spirit, it lacks congeners (pollutants). It is a natural alturnative to commercial alcohol that is denatured  by toxic additives. Traditionally, the main additive is 10% methanol, other additives include isopropyl alcohol, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone, and denatonium.

Everclear is all natural grain spirit and lacks any of the toxic additives. It is used as a healthy alturnative to commercial alcohol.
